Saturday, June 19, Kaleidoscienza organized a guided tour of the Edible Garden to Zomeais. The queen of this place, Giusy, accompanying us in colorful flowers and herbs to teach us to recognize them and use them in cooking and daily life.
In this beautiful place, you can breathe the fresh air of the forest and you can see, touch and smell everything that is in it: the plants tell us about rural culture or traditions associated with distant cultures, teach us the necessary care cultivation and patience is needed while waiting for a harvest, we talk about biological rhythms and seasonal cycles that comply with the time dictated by nature.
